TIGHT THREADED JOINT

摘要

A tight threaded joint formed by male tube and female one with support conical threading with conicity of 1:16. At that the profile of the support conical threading looks like non-isosceles trapezium with support facet of turn placed at larger angle to direction of load action. The female tube and the male one are in contact one with another by conical support surfaces provided at the outer surface of the male tube at section between conical threading and the end of the tube as conical support surface, respectively. The conical support surface on the male tube and conical support surface in the female tube are arranged at angle from 55° to 65° to normal line of the threading axis.
