PURPOSE: A bank-filtered water processing system and a method thereof are provided to prevent or reduce the degradation of a pump function or a tube well efficiency by precipitating iron and manganese before inflowing underground water to a tube well. CONSTITUTION: A bank-filtered water processing system comprises the following: a water quality information monitoring device(110) monitoring the water quality of bank-filtered water using an injection well; a microorganism injection device(120) injecting microorganisms into the system; and an oxygen injection device(130) controlling the injection time of oxidation water into the bank-filtered water by the result of the water quality information monitoring device.
