PURPOSE: A biosensor of vertical flow is provided to minimize the amount of necessary biosample and to correct measurement deviation. CONSTITUTION: A biosensor comprises: a measurement layer for measuring a biosample and reaction; an open window which is placed at the upper end of the layer; an upper cover(10) having an upper protrusion(15); and lower substrate having a lower protrusion(35) which presses the upper portion of the layer.
