PURPOSE: A panel for interior and exterior and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to directly print required patterns on the interior and exterior panel and to use environmental-friendly coating materials. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a panel for interior and exterior is as follows. Adhesive is spread on one surface of a base panel(10). A paper plastering layer(20) with a paper sheet is formed on the base panel. A coating layer(30) is formed on the paper plastering layer by spreading and drying a coating material. A printing layer(40) is formed on the coating layer by directly printing patterns.
