PURPOSE: A producing method of low temperature salt containing functional components, and an apparatus thereof are provided to inject nutrients from the functional components to the salt without damaging. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of low temperature salt containing functional components comprises the following steps: low temperature juicing crushed plants; supplying filtered salt water; condensing the filtered salt water using a first salt water condenser, in 25~90deg C for 10hours to make the salinity of 9~15; processing the condensed salt water using a second salt water condenser; mixing the condensed salt water with the plant juice in a volume ratio of 1~2:1; and heat-evaporating the mixture for 4~10hours.
