PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent moisture from penetrating through the organic light emitting device by forming an encapsulation thin film and a barrier layer. CONSTITUTION: A driving circuit unit is formed on a flexible board(111). An organic light emitting device(70) is connected to the driving circuit unit. An encapsulation thin film(250) covers the organic light emitting device and the driving circuit unit. A first protection film(410) is opposite to the encapsulation thin film. A first sealant(310) is arranged between the encapsulation thin film and the first protection film.
