PURPOSE: A proximity fuse of an electromagnetic induction time setting type is provided to facilitate the parts installation and the time setting for realizing a proximity function since a time value inducing element and an electric wave transceiver are installed on the front of a body case together. CONSTITUTION: A proximity fuse of an electromagnetic induction time setting type comprises an electric wave transceiver(56) a time value inducing element(L2). The electric wave transceiver transmits and receives the electric wave to sense a target. The time value inducing element is installed far away from the electric wave transceiver. The time value is input from a time setting device to the time value inducing element through electromagnetic induction.
