PURPOSE: A heat sink and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to generate a turbulent heat flow by improving the structure and materials of the heat sink plate. CONSTITUTION: A heat sink(200) comprises a supporting body(110) and a plurality of heat sink plates(120). The supporting body and the plurality of heat sink plates are made of thermal conductive metal. The plurality of heat sink plates are radially attached to the supporting body. A plurality of channels(121) are respectively formed inside the heat sink plate and are filled with carbon nano tubes, graphite or their mixture. The plurality of channels have a round curvature and spherical, square, rhombic, or elliptical cross sections.
