PURPOSE: An ultrasonic pulse charge apparatus and a recycling method of a waste battery for a vehicle using an ultrasonic pulse charging process is provided to prevent environmental contamination caused by the discarding of the wasted battery. CONSTITUTION: A recycling method of a waste battery for a vehicle using an ultrasonic pulse charging process comprises the following steps: preparing the waste battery(10); determining the recycling capability of the waste battery; separating an electrode plate form the waste battery and fusing a new electrode plate to the waste battery when recycling is not possible; punching holes to the waste battery when recycling is possible; preparing a reproduction solvent to insert into the battery with an electrolyte; inserting the reproduction solvent into the battery through the holes after checking the temperature of the solvent; and applying a high frequency pulse charge.
