PURPOSE: A film type speaker and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to freely design the sound range and quality of the speaker by forming a plurality of thin film vibrators on the film type vibration plate. CONSTITUTION: A thin film vibrator(100) comprises a single vibrator unit which is stacked with one layer or more. The single vibrator unit is comprised of a mixture piezoelectric element formed by uniformly distributing PZT powder on non-piezoelectric polymer and electrodes(121,122) which are stacked on one or both sides of the mixture piezoelectric element. A film type vibration plate(120) includes one or more thin film vibrators and an electrode which provides a voltage to the thin film vibrator. The non-piezoelectric polymer includes polyester or urethane. The PZT powder is mixed three times than the non-piezoelectric polymer or more. |
