PURPOSE: An electromagnetic field shielding heating wire is provided to prevent the generation of fires due to the leakages of a current by coating a copper wire and an insulation tape layer after forming a PVC extrusion molding layer. CONSTITUTION: A heating wire(32) is wound in the outer circumference of a polyester room(30) in the spiral shape of a clockwise direction. A nylon extrusion layer(34) is fused when the heating wire is overheated. A temperature sensing line(36) senses the temperature of the nylon extrusion layer. An insulation tape layer(37) coats the outer circumference of the temperature sensing line. A PVC extrusion layer(39) is extruded and formed through a PVC in order to coat a copper wire(38) and the insulation tape layer. |
