PURPOSE: A bio signal data measurement device and a method thereof are provided to improve reproducibility and data reliability by determining a compensation value after determining a reaction completion time according to a reaction speed. CONSTITUTION: A sensor(410) is arranged within a region in which a strip is inserted on a plane. A correction data generating part(470) generates correction data based on the data that is detected from the sensor. A reaction completion time determining part(460) determines the reaction completion time based on the data detected from sensor. A bio-signal data measuring part(440) measures the bio-signal data based on the data that is detected from the sensor and the correction data. An output part(480) outputs the bio-signal data to the outside.
