PURPOSE: A loess panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the loess panel from being deformed and damaged during drying by securely attaching the loess panel on a wall. CONSTITUTION: A loess panel comprises a bottom panel(3), a first edge panel(4), a core panel(5), a second edge panel(6), and multiple reinforcing members(7). The bottom panel is formed in a rectangular shape. Through holes(31) are formed in the bottom panel at uniform intervals. The core panel is formed in the same shape as the bottom panel. Reinforcing member insertion holes(51) are formed in the core panel at uniform intervals. The reinforcing members are vertically inserted into the reinforcing member insertion holes.
