PURPOSE: A method for packing fruits using a transparent can and fruits packed using the method are provided to freshly keep fruits vacuum-packed by a transparent can for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A method for packing fruits using a transparent can is as follows. Fruits(200) are washed using air and are put into a transparent can(100). The transparent can is filled with liquid nitrogen and is sealed using a top cap(122). The liquid nitrogen is composed of nitrogen 95~99 volume% and oxygen 1~5 volume%. A main body(110) of the transparent can is manufactured using transparent plastic. The top cap is made of aluminum.
