PURPOSE: An underground water storage tank is provided to securely couple precast concrete blocks each other by using a steel structure and mortar. CONSTITUTION: An underground water storage tank is composed of divided precast concrete blocks, grooves, insertion units(220), and mortar(230). The precast concrete blocks are divided into multiple parts to be assembled in a construction site. The grooves are formed in the precast concrete blocks. The insertion units are composed of reinforcing bars or steel rods and connect the precast concrete blocks. Gaps between the precast concrete blocks are filled with the mortar.
