PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for manufacturing a rubber mat using artificial turf are provided to minimize problems related to critical height and discoloration due to degraded impact absorption capacity and repulsive power. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a rubber mat using artificial turf comprises a first step(S21) for preparing a thermal curing binder by polymerizing polyol, dimethyl cyclohexylamine, and additives containing plasticizer; a second step(S23) for cutting the artificial turf; a third step(S25) for applying a thermal curing binder on the rear surface of the cut artificial turf and cooling the artificial turf at room temperature; a fourth step(S27) for inserting the cooled artificial turf in at least one mold; and a fifth step(S29) for injecting a waste rubber chip and urethane binder.
