PURPOSE: A parallel spring for portable terminal using one timber, a hinge module having the same and a portable terminal are provided to form a layered spring of circular shape, thereby obtaining strong elastic force. CONSTITUTION: One timber is bent round the support point in a spring. One timber is layer from one end to other end in parallel. The layered timer is formed in one arc shape. The timer comprises a straight line part of a curved line part(100a,100b). The curved part provides an elastic force. The straight line part supports the curved part in the deformation of the curved part. In opening and closing or distanced of the portable terminal cover, the spring provides the elastic force.
