PURPOSE: A high-frequency melt-bonding apparatus is provided to easily and conveniently couple a new plate to wasted battery to cause ionization reaction. CONSTITUTION: A high-frequency melt-bonding apparatus(200) for recycling wasted battery in car comprises: a main body(210) in which a control panel(211) is installed at the lower part; upper and lower base frames(220,220'); vertical guide bars(230); a lower clamp(240) mounted with the wasted battery(10); a lower rifting cylinder(250); an upper clamp(260); an upper elevating cylinder(270) which is fixed in the upper base frame; a horizontal guide rail(280); a heating plate(290); and a cylinder for heating plate.
