CONSTITUTION: A merchandise coupon management server(130) determines whether a mobile terminal(110) is subscribed to a specific additional service of a mobile communication company(140). Based on identification number of a mobile terminal which applied issuance of a gift certificate, a gift certificate management server determines a subscription to a specific additional service through a subscriber management database(150). If the mobile terminal is subscribed to the specific additional service, the gift certificate management server accepts issue request of the gift certificate.
