PURPOSE: A method for environmentally-friendly producing nonwoven fabric with Korean paper is provided to maintain the appearance of the Korean paper and improve the tension and tear strength by combining the fiber of the Korean paper with the fiber of the nonwoven fabric. CONSTITUTION: A web is produced by trimming cottons. A fiber web(2) is made by passing the web through a cross lapper. The weight per unit area is controlled by drafting the fiber web. Korean paper(1) is positioned on the front of the drafted fiber web. A nonwoven fabric with Korean paper is made by combining the fiber of the fiber web with the fiber of the Korean paper through the water-punch of the fiber web with Korean paper. The nonwoven fabric is dried and dedydrated. |
