The inventive heat exchange module comprises a housing (12) containing a supply air cooler (14), a recirculated exhaust gas cooler (16) and at least one technical unit (26, 28, 82) mounted on the side (48) of the housing and containing means for distributing recirculated exhaust gases and for supplying air, thereby making it possible, in particular, to define a heat exchange area and a distribution area which differ from each other.
