PURPOSE: A striking energy absorbing apparatus is provided to enhance impact absorbing efficiency and to reduce the installation and assembling time. CONSTITUTION: A striking energy absorbing apparatus comprises a rear fixing portion(300), a front buffer portion(100) and an impact absorbing portion. The rear fixing portion is fixed to the ground by an anchor bolt. The front buffer portion is installed to be spaced from the rear fixing portion. The front buffer portion first absorbs the striking energy in collision. The impact absorbing portion is installed between the front buffer portion and the rear fixing portion.
