Proposed mix comprises liquid glass, quartz sand and saving of wood-pulp and paper industry with the following ratio of components in wt %: liquid glass - 4-6, saving of wood-pulp and paper industry - 1-3, quartz sand making the rest. Saving of wood-pulp and paper industry features the following composition, in wt %: H2O - 90-95, organic substances representing finely crushed wood particles - 5-10, mineral admixtures - up to 0.5. ^ EFFECT: high mechanical characteristics without quenching moulds and rods, reduced labor input in shaking out. ^ 2 tbl, 1 ex |
