FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly to production of cermet parts. It can be used for producing gas turbine rotors. Initial powders that ensure preset characteristics of the parts are discretely fed in portions of light and heavy portions along the axis of split preset-shape mould arranged on platform revolving in horizontal plane. After feeding initial powders, revolving mould is changed over in conditions of 1-4 harmonics of critical rotational frequency. Preliminary sintering is performed to produce the billet in revolving conditions or after stopping the platform, while final sintering is performed outside the mould. ^ EFFECT: higher reliability and ease of production. ^ 2 dwg
