FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to orthopedics. Tenotomy of Achilles tendon is carried out. Tendon of posterior tibial muscle is brought away, part of tendon of anterior tibial muscle is separated from place of its attachment. After that mobilisation of talus is carried out, for which purpose transected are talotibial part of deltoid ligament, talocalcaneal interosseous. For reposition of navicular bone, dissected are naviculor-cuboid interosseous, dorsal navicular-sphenoid and sphenoid-cuboid dorsal ligaments. Reposition of talus and navicular bone is carried out. Fixation of obtained correct position of talus and navicular bones is performed. After that dissected ligaments are sewn, loop of exposed part of tendon of anterior tibial muscle being fixed to medially-bottom edge of navicular bone. Tendon of posterior tibial muscle is shortened by means of goffering Lavsan suture. In order to create reliable tendon framework, tendon of muscle of long flexor of first toe is sewn to tendon of posterior tibial muscle. After that posterior plaster splint is applied for modelling of arch. ^ EFFECT: method ensures correction of external deviation of foot and restoration of longitudinal arch without its shortening, prevention of deformity recurrence. ^ 1 ex, 5 dwg |
