FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied for prevention and treatment of purulent-septic complications in patients after radical operations because of colon and rectum cancer. Intraoperationally catheter is introduced into retriperitoneum of small pelvis through puncture of anterior abdominal wall in right iliac region.
