A composition joint filler contains a head, a neck and a base, front and side surfaces and is made of insulating material, and on the front surface of this filler a layer of elastic material is made, which partly projects beyond the contour of head, neck and base of abutting rails. The layer of elastic material of end face of filler is made of magnetodielectric elastomer. As insulating material of joint filler laminated fiberglass is used. The end surface along the contour of head of joint filler from the side of rolling surface of rail is oblique at an angle, which corresponds to critical skidding of the rail head. |
