METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CALL FALLBACK AFTER CALL SETUP IN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for call fallback after call setup in a communication system are provided to block a call service of a specific type after call setup in a call between terminals. CONSTITUTION: A fallback request receiving unit(601) receives a fallback request message after a call which sets the first call service first between an originating terminal and a receiving terminal. A fallback processing unit(603) informs the fact that a specific call is blocked to the originating terminal and the receiving terminal. The fallback processing unit transmits a notify message including information about blocking of the second call service to the originating terminal and the receiving terminal.
