METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF CARIAGE AXIS OF WHEEL PAIRS OF RAILWAY TRANSPORT

A method for production of carriage axis of wheels pares of railway transport, at which the formation of blanks is carried out by forging with formation of profile blank of circular section to grade of metal forging not less 3 with number of grain not less 5. Before mechanical roughing operation of determination of blanks centre by fourfoldrolling of blank on 90° on smooth horizontal surface is additionally carried out with application of strictly horizontal line at its ends after each time rolling with formation of the drawn rectangular between said lines which crossing of diagonals is determined as center of blanks, which coincides with its longitudinal axis. The blank is inter-centred after mechanical roughing similar described in the method.
