FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics. ^ SUBSTANCE: method of pharmaceutical composition preparation with immediate release includes aggregation of pressing-resistant pharmaceutical compound - hydrochloric metformin - with granulating component - polymeric material with vitrification temperature lower then hydrochloric metformin melting temperature, stirring mixture while it is heated in extruder up to the temperature lower then hydrochloric metformin melting point but higher then polymeric material vitrification point, mixture extruding with formation of granules and granules pressing into dosed form for oral intake. ^ EFFECT: granulation with extruder from molten mixture at controlled temperature allows obtaining of hydrochloric metformin pharmaceutical composition with immediate release; composition has enhanced pressing and crumbling characteristics. ^ 14 cl, 1 ex |
