FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgical dentistry and can be applied for plasty of alveolar process of mandible in case of its atrophy. Semi-oval incision of mucous membrane to bone is made. Two vertical saw cuts, perpendicular to alveolar process and passing through external and internal cortical layers, are made. Made is through horizontal saw cut of alveolar bone, without compromising integrity of zone of attachment of mucous membrane, which connects vertical saw cuts. In horizontal saw cut installed is raspatory and bone fragment is lifted upwards to the height from 3.0 to 8.0 mm. Into formed defect from the side of cortical plane introduced is autobone and osteogenesis-stimulating biomaterial. Fixation by means of microplates and microscrews is performed, from above zone of reconstruction is covered with resorbable membrane. Muco-periosteal flap is mobilised and placed on wound without tension. Wound is sewn tightly with knot sutures. ^ EFFECT: method allows to improve adaptation of mandible to further implant installation. ^ 2 ex |
