A sower-cutter of rolled plants with a rotary coulter grips and elevates up a surface layer of the soil under which seeds are sown by a broadcasting method. A rotary disk coulter and a rotary cutter with a chain drive are used as the coulter. The rotary disk coulter grips and elevates the entire soil layer from the surface, and the rotary cutter blades overthrow thereof onto the surface as a fine-grained covering layer. |
