The invention relates to production of long-length metal-production, namely to construction of base of technological equipment of production sites, intended for preparation of long-length rolling stock and wire in bundles (rod-wire) to further preparation in steel-wire production with methods for cold deformation of metal. A technological site of metal preparation to the cold deformation comprises the uncoiling device, means for heating of metal, block gas-air cooling, block thermostating of metal, connected to block of gas-air cooling, device for water-air cooling with cylindrical works chamber, device for mechanical removal of scale by mark-change curve, straightening device, device for application of under-oil layer on surface of metal and coiling device are installed at course of technological process. The operation elements of said plants installed in unified technological line are formed technological axis of process. Technical result: providing quality preparation of metal to further cold deformation and, as a result, increase of quality cold-deformed profiles obtained from this metal, at improvement of ecological situation on technological site, decrease of time, material and energy resources. |
