ARRAY SUBSTATE OF LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE AND METHOD FOR FABRICATING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An array substrate for semitransparent type liquid crystal display device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided no to use a buffer layer and to change an organic and inorganic insulating material of embossing type, thereby simplifying the process and improving the productivity. CONSTITUTION: A thin film transistor is formed on a substrate(101). The thin film transistor comprised of a gate electrode(103), and semiconductor layer(107) and a source/drain electrode. A photosensitivity organic and inorganic insulating material layer(111) has a drain contact hole exposing the drain electrode. A protective layer is formed on a reflective plate except the drain contact hole area and on photosensitivity organic and inorganic insulating material.
