FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tooling required for cars repair and servicing. Proposed device comprises cabinet, shelves to receive and store tool boxes with magnetic inserts for locking them in place. Proposed device has guides secured on its base, mechanism and grip and transfer tools made up of two frames with electromagnets, drives to move frames in guides and frame turn drives. It comprises also the table to receive and transfer tools provided with conveyor to move tools in circles. Container represents a cylinder with its inner surface accommodating shelves secured thereon to accommodate tool boxes and allow their selective sliding out. Said cylinder can rotate on posts mounted on the base. PC is mounted on one of the posts, connected with cylinder drive control relay, drives of tool grip and transfer mechanism, and conveyor. ^ EFFECT: reduced operation cycle time. ^ 4 dwg |
