摘要

PURPOSE: A high flame retardant treatment method of expandable polystyrene is provided to maintain bondability between foam particles and to improve flame retardant treatment efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A high flame retardant treatment method of expandable polystyrene using expanded graphite and/or loess adhesive comprises the steps of: forming micro hollows on the expandable polystyrene foam and mounting the expandable polystyrene foam on a worktable; welding a expandable graphite adhesive liquid injection chamber on the side of the expandable polystyrene foam; injecting expanded graphite adhesives inside the expandable polystyrene foam; stopping the supply of the expanded graphite adhesive; separating the expandable polystyrene foam from a feed chamber; separating the expandable polystyrene foam from the worktable; drying the expandable polystyrene foam.
