A method for determination of behavioral type of experimental rodents which comprises the registration of physiological behavioral animal reactions by test protoclos using photo- or videomaterials, where as behavioral reactions "aggression act", "active defence", "assimilation of territories", "contacts with enemy", "defecation act", "sitting on place", "nose in corner", "freezing", "on the back" are considered followed by mark estimation from -2 to +3 of each behavioral reaction and addition of obtained marks for each animal during observation and if mark sum is 0-3, then behavioral type is determined as submissive, and ,ark sum of 4-7 - balanced, and at 8 to 10 a type of rodent behavior is determined as aggressive one. |
