PURPOSE: A holder for a cellular phone is provided to easily hold and separate a cellular phone by opening a part of the top and bottom of the holder. CONSTITUTION: A holder for a cellular phone comprises a case and a connection holder. The case is composed of a front case(11) and a cover(16). The front case is composed of a holding part and a receiving part. The holding part is formed in the front of the front case in order to hold a cellular phone. The receiving part is formed in the rear of the front case for accepting a printed circuit board(31). The cover covers the rear of the front case with the receiving part. The connection holder is moved through the opened part of the receiving part. An LED(32) is formed in the printed circuit board and emits light to the outside the case.
