PURPOSE: An explosion-proof flexible joint and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to be easily manufactured using the small amount of components without a welding process. CONSTITUTION: An explosion-proof flexible joint is composed of a bellows pipe(10), a braid(20), and a coupling(30). The coupling has a recessed groove(32) and an O-ring(40). The braid is inserted into the inside the coupling to a position where the braid contacts with the O-ring. The bellows pipe has a fixing unit(12) and an inner expanded unit(14). The end of the bellows pipe is expanded in a horn shape. The fixing unit hangs the end of the bellows pipe on the coupling.
