PURPOSE: A bending mold device for a metal plate is provided to manufacture an electric panel, a fire hydrant, a cabinet, an electric control box, and etc from any length of metal plate. CONSTITUTION: A bending mold device for a metal plate comprises a punch press(20), a die(60), an upper mold(30), and a middle mold(40). The punch press comprises an upper punch machining groove(22) and a lower punch machining protrusion(24). The upper mold is installed under the punch press. The middle mold is installed under the upper mold. The die comprises a bending mold(50) which is formed with an inclined bending protrusion(54).
