METHOD FOR TREATING IMPERATIVE URINARY INCONTINENCE IN WOMEN

A method for treating the imperative urinary incontinence in the women provides for training the muscles of the pelvic floor following the course of the topical hormonal therapy with topical estrogen-containing drug inserted intravaginally before the night sleep. For training the muscles of the pelvic floor, Colpexin device is used matching the vagina. For selection of the size of the device, colpomyometry is used. The operating part of the device is lubricated with estrogen-containing cream. The mechanical contractions of pubic-coccygeal muscle are performed with the device being inserted intravaginally.
