A method for blast furnace melting comprises the increase of moisture of cold blasting due to introduction in it water steam with simultaneous increasing of temperature of hot blasting per 9 °C on each of moisture inof cold blasting. The temperature of hot blasting is increased at connection of next stove «on blasting» for it is short-term for 15-20 minutes on &Dgr;t = kQwhere &Dgr;t - change of temperature of hot blasting, °C; Q– steam consumption on moisturing of hot blasting, t/h; k – coefficient, which depends from location of stove from place of stream introduction in cold blasting. The temperature of hot blasting is returned to reference value, set by technological schedule of blast furnace melting, after the completion of specified period. |
