A device for restoration of inner surface of pressure and free-flow pipes, in which a body from the side of charging chamber is made with an annular recess and channels with check valves that connect the charging chamber to the atmosphere. An air duct is made with a broadening on the end located in the valve and forms a damping chamber with it. In the valve an annular groove is made with channels through which the damping chamber is connected to the outlets, and radial holes connecting the charging chamber with the annular recess of the body. The area of end surface of the valve from the side of working chamber is larger than the area of its end surface from the side of charging chamber.
