FIELD: instrument making. ^ SUBSTANCE: fluid flow is fed to pump intake at constant pressure. Pump drive element, for example membrane is vibrated at preset frequency and pressure amplitude modulated by pulsation of preset frequency, amplitude and shape. Pulsating fluid flow is forced to pump outlet. Said flow features high-frequency component of pressure frequency component and low-frequency component of pulsations, Fluid flow is, then, fed into acoustic filter. Note here that pressure frequency is filtered by acoustic filter to produce low-frequency component of fluid flow pulsations at the filter outlet. ^ EFFECT: possibility of programmed variation of fluid flow pressure, frequency, depth and shape of pulsations. ^ 1 dwg |
