A low-noise transistor oscillator having output on the millimeter range third harmonic, wherein a dielectric plate is installed on a metallic support, printed conductors on the face are performed as two groups lengths of a microstripe line; lengths of the a first group of the microstripe lines are positioned under 120° angle relatively to one another and one of ends thereof is connected to drains (collectors) of the said transistors. The other ends are connected to a point in the center of the dielectric plate, one of tip of a metallic bar is connected to said point, which is positioned in the holes of the dielectric plate and the metallic support, the said bar is insulated from the said metallic support. A rectangular waveguide is performed in the metallic support, the longitudinal axis of which is parallel to plane of the dielectric plate, the waveguide is short-circuited on the side of one its faces, thereof size coincides with size of the wide wall, said size is less than one sixth of wavelength on the frequency of generated signal; the waveguide is connected to the said bar through a hole located in the center of the wide wall, the other end of the metallic bar being performed as a probe positioned in the said waveguide, lengths of the second group of microstripe lines are connected to gates (bases) of the said transistors; opposite ends of the said length via three microstripe branches positioned under 120° angle one to another are connected to a ring printed conductor; metal coating on the back of the said plate in the aria of conductor projection are removed, in the metallic base a groove is made, length of the said conductor equals to wavelength on the frequency of the generated signal. |
