Pulse method intended for determination of corrosive-mechanical damage of equipment on basis of automated monitoring is in fact that damaged equipment is equipped with primary transformer that registers frequency of corrosive-mechanical pulses and primary transformer that resisters frequency of mechanical pulses. Corrosive-mechanical pulses come to analog-digital transformer. Signals from primary frequency of mechanical pulses transformer come to pulse-digital transformer, those form signals in digital form, these are applied to device for communication with the object for following processing with computer by means of software SCADA system, there control of condition of equipment is carried out. |
