A method for osteosynthesis through bones of fractures of clavicle acromial end comprises introduction of srew rod and mounting of external fixation apparatus. Two srew rods are introduced into clavicle proximal fragment, correspondingly into sternal end and near fracture line, one srew rod is introduced into clavicle acromial end and two srew rods are introduced into acromion process and mesoscapula, and after fracture reposition the srew rods re fixed in the external support. |
