PURPOSE: An online social network service providing device and a method thereof are provided to recommend friends with a multiple graph relation method based on address book of personal and communication history thereby enlarging the range of personal connections effectively. CONSTITUTION: A personal connections manager(110) stores and manages personal information of the user joined as a member and personal connections information registered by friends. A communication extractor(130) extracts at least on communication information. Based on the personal connection information and the communication information collected from the personal connections manager and the communication extractor, a recommending friend generator(120) recommends friends as complex graph relation mode.
