PURPOSE: A device for adjusting height and angle of a headrest and a headrest and a chair using the same are provided, which prevent malfunction in a long term usage and improve durability. CONSTITUTION: A chair using a device for adjusting height and angle of a headrest comprises: a seat plate(100) including a plurality of rollers in the central part in order to support user's thigh and buttocks; a pair of armrests(200a,200b) equipped with a height control button; a pair of seat backs supporting user's back; a back plate part(300) equipped with a back support; a headrest(400) supporting user's head; and legs(500) supporting the seat plate.
