FIELD: textile, paper. ^ SUBSTANCE: in implementation of the proposed method a few single yarns are made by extruding, cooling and pulling. Every single yarn consists of a number of monofilament yarns having the form of single strands and which are exposed to twisting together to produce a complex string, at the same time before twisting exposing monofilament yarns composed of many single filaments yarns individually to entangling. And at least one isolated yarn consisting of many monofilament yarns before twisting is exposed to repeated entangling on several preliminary stages. Also the device for implementation the method is proposed. The device comprises a moulding device, a cooling device and an exhaust apparatus for producing several separate yarns consisting of a number of monofilament yarns. The twisting device is intended to combine separate yarns into complex thread. The device for a single entangling of separate yarns is located in front of the twisting device. And the device for entangling has several consecutively located forwards single yarns of nodes for multiple entangling of at least one of a single yarn. ^ EFFECT: maximum high flexibility in varying colour scheme of a complex yarn from mixed-colour to full colour separation. ^ 23 cl, 6 dwg |
